6.20am- Nestum Oats
8.50am-Mentos Strong Mint
12.50pm- Lays Barbeque chips
8pm- Fried rice

23rd Feb 2010
6.20am-Honey stars Cereal
4.15pm-Chicken Porridge
6.30pm-Chicken Porridge

24th Feb 2010
6.20am-French toast
2.30pm-Hans sausage sphagetti
4.30pm-Malaysian butter toffees
8.30pm-Rice with sweet and sour pork and fried fish

Healthy dish:
Instead of rice with sweet and sour pork and fried fish, have rice with vegetables and sweet and sour pork and steamed fish.
